Hey, I’m Emma! I’m A Happily Married, Mum Of Three Kids (And Two Golden Retrievers), With A Passion For Holistic Practices And Self Development.
After slowly and painfully navigating my Identity loss following; the birth of my three children, losing my dad unexpectedly, a struggling relationship, financial stress and the covid-19 epidemic, I was able to use all the skills, practices and mindset strategies I had accumulated over the years to complete transform my Identity, way of Living and Business!
And I honestly wouldn't be where I am today If I hadn't invested in Programs and Coaches along the way! When you go down the self development path it allows you to continue to break through your ceilings, in other words, everything just gets better the more time, energy and awareness you invest.
